Julius Galacki (Writer / Director / Producer, etc.):
Julius is a Playwriting graduate of the Yale School of Drama. He is also a graduate of NYU holding both a M.A. from the interdisciplinary Gallatin School and a B.F.A. from the Tisch School of Arts.

His full length screenplay, THE LOST TREASURE OF THE MAYANS, has been named a runner-up in the screenplay contest section of the Woods Hole (MA) Film Festival, a finalist in these festivals: Irvine International Film Festival (CA), Oaxaca FilmFest, New Hope Film Festival (PA), and Twin Rivers Media Festival (Ashville, NC), a semi-finalist in the Big Bear Film Festival (CA); and a top 100 finalist at the Cinequest Film Festival (San Jose, CA) – all either 2014 or 2015.
His first short film FIRST NIGHT was an official selection of the Ventura and Flagstaff (2010) Film Festivals and also was shown in the 2012 Hollywood Fringe Festival, was nominated in 2012 for Best Short Film by Stay Tuned TV website and was broadcast on TV on Palm Springs PBS-KVCR on Jan. 12, 2013 during the Shorts Showcase program. His more ambitious long, short film ALL THINGS CHICKEN premiered at the Green Bay Film Festival on March 8, 2015, and then was shown elsewhere in the U.S., Canada, Germany and Spain. The latter resulted in nominations for Best Short Film, Short Screenpla and Producer, Actor and Supporting Actor in a Short Film at the Tenerife International Film Festival . Additionally, the screenplay for the film received 3rd Place at the Vail Film Festival and won Best Short Screenplay at Firereel.
Another screenplay, PRAY WITH A BULLET, was a top 10 Finalist in Zoetrope’s 2010 Screenplay Contest (Francis Ford Coppola as the final judge).
His most recent theatre productions were EMPTY SLOT at the Electric Lodge in Venice in 2016 and PROCESSING IN THE PARK which was performed during the 2013 Hollywood Fringe Festival at the Asylum Lab and earlier in April of 2013 at the Electric Lodge in Venice, CA. He has had numerous other productions and staged readings both regionally across the country and Off Off Broadway in New York City. His monologues appear in all four volumes of the series “Audition Arsenal” published by Smith & Kraus.

Matthew Cooper (Cinematographer):
Matt fell into photography while studying graphic design and painting. He has done print work for Neiman Marcus, Container Store, Sam’s Club, Bombay, JC Penney, FHM and The Richards Group among many others, as well as magazines, creative agencies and multiple record labels. Matt currently splits his time between Dallas and Los Angeles. Ben Wise (Composer and all instruments except mandolin):
Ben has released two solo rock albums: Beside the Dial (2008) and Anthems for Underdogs (2014). He was guitarist and backing vocalist in the Celtic rock band The Mighty Regis. He currently fronts the folk band TINY goliath which plays regular gigs in the Los Angeles area. He also has scored commercials and many short films besides Chicken (which won Best Score at Willifest aka the Williamsburg International Film Festival, including The Greatest Age which he co-wrote with Matt Mercer. Leandro Cassan (Sound Editor – including dialogue, foley and effects editing and sound re-recording mixer)
Leo has been working extensively in TV for the last two years as the assistant sound editor on such shows as Kitchen Inferno, Hell’s Kitchen, Master Chef, etc., and sound editor on TV movies like DinoShark and Frost Giant and the feature films 1 Dead Party, The Inheritance and rPolish Bar (Vincent Piazza, Judd Hirsch, Richard Belzer). Lenore has mostly recently directed, wrote, photographed and edited Time As Money: A Documentary About Time Banking where it appeared in the 2014 Louisville International Festival of Film. Before “…Chicken”, Lenore edited Julius Galacki’s first short film First Night (credited as Lenore E. Smith).
Paula Fradio (Costume Designer)
Paula has been a Costume Designer and Stylist working on various productions at the Los Angeles Metropolitan L’Opera between 2011 and 2014. “…Chicken” is her first film. Her website.
